Boston, MA. Nixon Peabody LLP is pleased to announce that intellectual property business media organization IAM has selected three of the firm’s attorneys for inclusion in its 2024 IAM Strategy 300 guide, which recognizes the world’s leading IP strategists.
Los Angeles partner Seth Levy, leader of Nixon Peabody’s Intellectual Property practice; Los Angeles partner Linda Huber, co-lead of the firm’s Technology Transfer team; and Washington, DC, partner Jeffrey Costellia, chair of the firm’s Global Strategies Committee and co-lead of its Intellectual Property International & Foreign Associate Network team, are recognized in the guide’s newest edition.
The IAM Strategy 300 recognizes individuals “who innovatively create and action strategies which realize and amplify the worth of IP portfolios.” Candidates must be nominated by at least three people from outside their own organization through an extensive research process. It follows the recent release of the 2024 IAM Patent 1000 directory, which named 13 Nixon Peabody attorneys as industry leaders and recommended the firm for patent litigation in California and patent prosecution in Massachusetts and Illinois.
The firm’s hybrid Intellectual Property practice guides clients through the full IP lifecycle—from mining an organization’s research and development activities to capture and protect intellectual property to supporting the commercialization and branding of those assets, enforcing intellectual property rights, and defending against competitors.
