The joining of HRForecast, a Munich-based provider of innovative HR technology solutions, and TalentNeuron, a global leader in labor market analytics, will create a combined first-of-its-kind platform to integrate both internal workforce data and external labor market information into a unified strategic workforce planning platform.
Nixon Peabody Corporate partner David R. Brown acted as US counsel on the international deal team led by Luther. In addition to Brown, Nixon Peabody’s deal team included Director of Global Strategies David A. Kaufman.
