We were one of the first law firms to sign the American Bar Association’s Well-Being Pledge, and we continue to live out that commitment each year. Our focus is evident in every aspect of our firm, from the benefits we offer, the programs we design, and the progressive policies we implement, to our everyday spirit of collaboration, inclusion, and positive impact.

Social Impact
We encourage our people to pursue work they are passionate about. Our Mental Health and Well-Being committee partners with our social impact team to coordinate collaborative service projects that are both personally and professionally fulfilling for our people.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
We understand that a healthy workplace is a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. Our resource groups—Black, Asian and Middle Eastern American, Hispanic, LGBTQ+, Women, and Veterans—act as an advisory board for our leadership team. They also provide a platform for colleagues to come together and support each other in their personal and professional journeys.
Well-being Highlights
Our people have access to a wide variety of supplemental benefits to meet their unique and evolving needs. We offer confidential emotional and financial well-being counseling services, caregiver support and parenting counseling services, telehealth visits, personalized health and benefits assistance, and access to expert medical advice. We reimburse employees who invest in themselves, with an annual allowance for activities and equipment that promote health and well-being.
