Internationally, we leverage our network of local counsel to provide international deal execution services and local legal advice in cross-border financings. Our broad range of capabilities, solid understanding of client objectives, and practical approach to the issues allow us to efficiently and effectively bring financing transactions to a successful close.

/Representative Experience

• Soluna Holdings, Inc.: Represented an indirect subsidiary of the parent company, a developer of green data centers for cryptocurrency mining and other intensive computing, to close a master equipment financing agreement with an initial framework of up to $14.4M
• Xerox: Represented the equipment manufacturing and software company as it closed an approximately $670 million securitization
• International media and marketing solutions company: Represented the client on multiple amendments and extensions of its $1.2 billion revolving credit and term loan facilities, and acquisition financing in the debt capital markets to fund its $2.2 billion acquisition of a publicly traded pure play broadcast television company
• Document management company: Represented the client on its $2 billion credit facility
• Financial services firm: Represented client on more than $3 billion in asset-based financing facilities for its investment funds
