Introduction
Josh Scarborough represents borrowers and commercial lending institutions in secured lending and other structured lending transactions across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, health care, technology and other service industries. He also works with clients of varying sizes on general corporate finance and transactional matters.
My focus
Commercial Lending
I advise a variety of financial institutions, including commercial banks, mezzanine and junior capital funds and other capital providers in structuring, negotiating and documenting commercial finance transactions, including senior and subordinate credit facilities, acquisition financings, and asset-backed and other structured financings.
General Corporate Practice
I advise clients with a variety of general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, formation and restructuring and private offerings.
Looking ahead
With interest rates remaining at borrower-friendly levels and the emergence of a variety of sources of alternative funding, I expect that acquisition activity and demand for credit facilities will continue to rise.
