- Canadian company: Advised with respect to US labor and employment matters in connection with a recent acquisition, its first in the US
- Multi-national office-based employer: Advised on their transition to a 100% remote workforce due to COVID-19
- Hospital system: Designed and delivered a custom training program for the hospital and its leaders on a range of topics from labor law and union avoidance to state and federal equal employment opportunity law
- Prepared and revised expense reimbursement policies for small and large employers with remote workforce
