Overview

Our firm’s long history of financing public sector infrastructure gives us a deep understanding of the motivations behind the P3 model, as well as its benefits and pitfalls. We’ve worked on most of the major US P3 transactions of recent years, and have extensive experience in the P3 space’s active sectors, including transportation, water and waste-water, student housing, and social infrastructure and solid waste.

• I-70 Project, Colorado Served as lender’s counsel for a short-listed bidder

• Indiana Courthouse Project Served as lender’s counsel for a short-listed bidder

• Harbor Bridge, Texas Served as lender’s counsel for a short-listed bidder in the financing of bridge
• SH 288 Project, Texas Served as lender’s counsel for a short-listed bidder
• I-285 & SR 400 Reconstruction DBF Project, Georgia Represented the lenders to a short-listed bidding team in connection with the project
• I-4 Ultimate Project, Florida Served as equity counsel in the financing for the project
• Denver FasTracks P3 Project, Colorado Served as lender’s counsel on shortlisted bidding team
• Goethals Bridge P3, New York Served as lender’s counsel to the successful bidder on the bridge (awarded Infrastructure Journal’s “Deal of the Year”)
