Introduction
Al is a frequent writer and lecturer on the financial markets, financial regulation, and corporate governance.
As an adjunct professor of law at Northwestern University Law School, he teaches courses on the regulation of derivative products and the financial markets. He also has served as an adjunct professor in the Graduate Program in Financial Services Law at IIT – Chicago Kent College of Law, where he taught courses on the regulation of money managers.

Al is a co-author of the forthcoming book, Breaking Through Bias: Communication Techniques for Women to Succeed at Work. The book, according to the authors, “provides a how-to series of unique, sensible, and effective techniques for women to use to break through gender bias in the workplace and win at the career advancement game.” The book is scheduled for publication in May of 2016.
