Representative experience
My current practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, regulatory compliance and other commercial transactions. Apart from that, my experience also extends to employment-related matters and contentious civil and commercial matters.
Looking ahead
Artificial intelligence has transformed our lives in various ways. In the legal profession, it will continue to shift the way legal work is done. In most cases it will streamline some aspects of legal work and empowers the ability of human.
