My focus
I focus my practice on a variety of complex litigation matters. My experience spans many stages, including hearings, discovery, dispositive motion practice, claim construction, trial preparation, and trial. I work with clients from various industries, including technology and electronics.
Prior to joining Nixon Peabody, I was a trial lawyer at a multinational law firm and a law clerk in the Eastern District of Texas to Judge Robert W. Schroeder III and Judge K. Nicole Mitchell.
Looking ahead
With artificial intelligence touching almost every field, AI’s impact on intellectual property issues, including patents and copyrights, will be widespread as its ability to replicate human creativity and ingenuity progresses.
