My focus
As an experienced IP paralegal, my focus is on supporting attorneys and clients within the Intellectual Property group by offering comprehensive assistance across various aspects of intellectual property law. I perform technical and legal research using prosecution databases like the USPTO and WIPO to gather essential information on patents and trademarks. My responsibilities include managing all facets of litigation, such as case management, court filings, and filings with the PTAB (Patent Trial and Appeal Board) and ITC (International Trade Commission). I oversee the creation of detailed case indexes and calendars, analyze documents to support claims and motions, and handle discovery and e-discovery processes, including document review and production. Additionally, I assist with trial preparation, depositions, and the preparation of pleadings, ensuring compliance with court local rules, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP), and other relevant regulations.
