Introduction
Emma Feary assists with drafting documents, review of due diligence materials and preparation and attendance at closing. Emma interacts with clients to provide up-to-date information and assists in preparation of resolutions for various meeting agendas.
My focus
I work closely with attorneys on a variety of project finance, infrastructure finance, and public finance transactions.
Looking ahead
Looking forward in Project and Public Finance, I am interested to see how the financial market and trends toward affordable housing and solar energy will impact the projects that are initiated with the Industrial Development Agencies. Additionally, I am looking forward to seeing what effects the work from home trend will have on future projects, including the renovation of existing office buildings for alternative uses.
