  Brooklyn co-op escapes Mitchell-Lama with first-ever HDFC conversion

  The following article reports on Brooklyn’s Cadman Towers becoming the first-ever Mitchell-Lama co-op to convert to a Housing Development Fund Corporation (HDFC) co-op under the City of New York’s Article 2 to Article 11 Program. New York City Affordable Housing & Real Estate partner Erica Buckley, leader of the firm’s Cooperatives & Condominiums and State Attorneys General teams, is quoted in the coverage. Erica helped develop the Article 2 to Article 11 Program in her prior role with the state attorney general’s office.
