I assist clients during trademark disputes by drafting and negotiating settlement agreements and handling matters before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. I frequently advise clients about all aspects of trademark prosecution, including clearance and registration, and I assist clients with transactional matters, such as licensing agreements and assignments.
