/My focus

My litigation practice focuses on representing clients in high-stakes district court patent cases and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Leveraging my engineering background, I provide strategic guidance on infringement and validity issues related to technologies including computer systems, mobile devices, networking and communications technologies, electronic trading platforms, navigation systems, and others. I have significant experience litigating complex patent cases as part of litigation teams securing favorable verdicts and settlements. I also adeptly guide clients through PTAB alternative dispute resolution proceedings including inter partes reviews and post-grant reviews.

In addition to patent litigation, I assist clients with intellectual property counseling and enforcement related to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. I also have experience with complex commercial litigation.
