Amanda Przybycien is a paralegal in Nixon Peabody’s Complex Commercial Disputes group.
I have been a paralegal for over five years, assisting clients and attorneys in all phases of litigation and other forms of dispute resolution. I have significant experience managing both small and large e-discovery projects from inception to settlement or trial. Prior to joining Nixon Peabody, my workload consisted of toxic tort and medical device litigation. While a small portion of my workload still consists of toxic tort litigation pertaining to a laboratory equipment manufacturer, these days, my focus is on breach of contract and trade secret matters. A former high school English teacher, I pride myself on being highly organized, efficient, and an effective communicator.
For me, one of the perks of working at Nixon Peabody is the ability to collaborate and assist with matters across offices—a benefit I believe came about in no small part due to the remote and hybrid policies during and following the pandemic. Call on me at any time for help with rush, one-off, or after-hours projects. I look forward to assisting you and your teams in the future!
