My focus
I serve as counsel to a wide variety of clients, including issuers, underwriters, and borrowers on a variety of public finance transactions. In this role, I am part of the due diligence, research, review, and drafting process.
Looking ahead
I anticipate innovative financing opportunities for public and private entities developing local communities. I look forward to working with our clients and prospective clients to maximize their goals.
