My focus
I focus my practice in three main areas:
Acquisitions
I have represented buyers and sellers in transactions ranging from $600 million + to start up matters. Most recently, our team represented the sellers in a $100mm sale to a public entity.
Outside General Counsel
I represent a wide group of companies as their general counsel, ranging from companies in advertising, software development, printing and manufacturing.
Representation of Executives
I advise executives and other highly compensated individuals with issues related to disengagement from current employers as well as engagement with new employers.
Looking ahead
I have been increasingly addressing issues related to data privacy and data security in traditionally non- tech businesses.
