Katharine Stack is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Project Finance and Public Finance group. Her practice focuses on infrastructure and economic development.
I strive to serve my clients effectively and efficiently in all facets of public finance with a constant focus on overarching client objectives and needs. I represent a wide variety of clients, including issuers, underwriters, and borrowers on a variety of public finance transactions. This includes due diligence reviews for compliance with state, local, and federal laws, and researching, drafting, and reviewing documents to assist clients with successfully financing their projects. I also represent industrial development agencies in New York State, completing due diligence reviews and drafting documents to assist clients in connection with financing various transactions.
