Brianna Thompson is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Global Immigration group. Brianna helps businesses navigate through various employment-based immigration needs.
I help employers hire and retain the talent they need to keep their businesses moving forward, from securing their employees non-immigrant visas to helping their employees adjust their status to become permanent residents. In addition to businesses, I also advise individuals in various immigration matters such as those seeking to naturalize, individuals looking to become U.S. investors, and individuals who possess extraordinary ability in their respective fields.
Due to the changing economy and general circumstances around everyday life, I see the increased modernization of various immigration-facing government entities as they work to combat the new challenges that society faces today. There will be an increased focus on combining efficiency with technology.
