Bari Wolf is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Real Estate group. She represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate and real estate finance matters. She works across a variety of asset classes including commercial, industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties.
My work includes a range of real estate related transactions, including advising clients on leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, financing transactions, development, and corporate matters for general real estate knowledge. I support public and private companies, REITs, joint venture partners, investors, purchasers, and sellers in various facets of commercial real estate transactions. I also have significant experience preparing and negotiating leases for large landlord entities across the United States as well as tenant side representation.
Looking ahead in the commercial real estate legal industry, I see a landscape that will be increasingly shaped by evolving market dynamics and regulatory changes. As technology continues to advance, there will be an increased focus on utilizing digital tools for transaction management, due diligence, and compliance. Sustainability and environmental considerations are becoming more crucial, influencing both legal frameworks and client expectations. I anticipate that the balancing of return to office and hybrid work will continue to reshape real estate requirements, precipitating new challenges in lease agreements and property management.
