Marc Zhang is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Corporate Transactions practice group. Marc represents businesses in commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and advises clients on general corporate matters and corporate governance.
I counsel public and private companies on corporate and business law matters, with a focus on providing strategically drafted agreements, organizational documents, and resolutions. I work with clients across industries, with a particular focus in the technology, healthcare, and consumer verticals.
