Introduction
Dave Zimmermann is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Corporate practice group.
My focus
I represent companies in a variety of matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, licensing, and other strategic transactions. I provide companies of all sizes with due diligence and early risk detection in M&A transactions, drafting transaction documents and facilitating closing and post-closing mechanics. I also advise clients on general corporate matters.
Looking ahead
An increase in privately held companies and private equity mergers and acquisitions as business owners seek to avoid the spotlight of a public company while maturing technologies such as robotics, automation, and machine learning that have the potential to transform all industries.
