Los Angeles, CA. Nixon Peabody LLP is proud to have advised Supreme Optimization, LLC, a Puerto Rico–based digital marketing agency exclusively focused on the life sciences industry, in a strategic majority investment transaction with Dallas-based private equity firm Trinity Hunt Partners.
Founded in 2015, Supreme Optimization serves the rapidly transforming life sciences sector by providing industry-specific digital marketing services, including web development and design, digital strategy, paid advertising, and social media.
This investment by Trinity Hunt will allow Supreme to accelerate its growth, creating a full-service, life sciences-focused agency by expanding its talent and infrastructure base and acquiring complementary businesses. Supreme’s founder and CEO Sheldon Zhai, along with other members of management, will continue to serve as leaders of the company post-close.
“In an era of seismic shifts in the life sciences industry, this partnership with Trinity Hunt will further Supreme’s highly regarded reputation for creating positive impact for its clients,” said Michael Lawhead, a partner in Nixon Peabody’s Corporate practice and lead attorney for Supreme. “This is an exciting moment for the Supreme team and we are honored to have played a role in this transaction.”
In addition to Lawhead, the NP deal team includes partners Christian Hancey, Shahzad Malik, Seth Neulight, and Andrew Share; associates Brian Kenney, Tim Sharkey, and Jacalyn Smith; senior paralegal Mina Gonzaque-Taylor, and paralegal Astrid McGruder.
