Hilda has extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, emerging companies, and capital markets. She regularly advises clients on cybersecurity and data privacy issues, the establishment of joint ventures, technology-related transactions and commercial agreements, debt and equity securities offerings, and liability management and debt restructurings.
