Hilda Chan is a partner with extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, emerging companies, establishment of joint ventures debt and equity securities offerings, liability management and debt restructurings as well as cybersecurity and data privacy issues.
My focus
My practice focuses on a diverse range of corporate and commercial law matters. I represent buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, companies, founders and investors on private equity and early-stage investments, lenders and borrowers on corporate banking and finance transactions, issuers and underwriters in public and private securities transactions (equity and debt), international private placements, liability management and debt restructurings and other general corporate matters. I also regularly advise clients on cybersecurity and data privacy issues as well as technology related transactions and commercial agreements.
