Our work includes leveraged financings, from lower middle-market to multibillion dollar facilities. We represent commercial and investment banks, institutional lenders, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers, covering a wide range of financing transactions, including leverage corporate financing, and leveraged debt arrangements. Whether its syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, asset financing, or first and second lien loan facilities, we have the market knowledge and depth of talent to provide sophisticated counsel within leveraged finance laws.
/Representative experience
- North American bank and affiliates: Represented clients in connection with a $1 million multi-currency working capital revolving credit facility
- Commercial bank: Worked with client on a $5 million revolving credit facility extended to an investment advisory firm
- National commercial bank: Represented client in its role as administrative agent, issuing bank, and lender, in an amended and restated $22 million revolving credit facility extended to an industrial equipment manufacturer
- State commercial bank: Represented a bank in its role as administrative agent and lender in a $70 million revolving credit facility and $50 million delayed draw term loan extended to a healthcare services and medical device company
- Dental company: Represented the borrower in a credit facility for a $250 million total revolving commitment and a $600 million total term loan commitment
- Food and consumer products company: Represented borrower in connection with the amendment and restatement of its existing credit facility
- Telecommunications company: Represented borrower in amending and restating its credit facility extended by multiple international banks
- Private equity fund: Represented borrower in connection with a $45 million revolving credit facility
