Commercial Lending

I represent corporate borrowers, commercial banks and other financial institutions in commercial loan transactions. I have experience with single bank and syndicated loans, senior and mezzanine financings and secured and unsecured transactions in a variety of different industries. I also work with institutional investors reviewing and analyzing credit agreements, which provides me with an in-depth view of current market trends.

Asset-Based Lending

I represent companies and financial institutions in a variety of asset-based financings and securitization transactions.

General Corporate Law

When not focused on financing matters, I assist small businesses and large public companies with general corporate matters, including company formation, corporate governance and public and private debt and equity offerings.
