Grace’s practice focuses on representing healthcare providers in various regulatory and transactional matters.
My focus
I focus on transactional and regulatory matters for healthcare providers and others in the healthcare and life sciences industries. Much of my work involves helping clients navigate the regulatory issues associated with transactions, drafting transactional agreements, and performing due diligence. I also assist healthcare providers and business associates with HIPAA compliance and health information security.
Looking ahead
I anticipate a continued focus on the intersection of healthcare and technology, including developments in data privacy, the increased use of telemedicine, and leveraging digital tools to facilitate value-based care. I look forward to helping clients navigate the regulatory challenges posed by healthcare innovation.
