Stephen Fantuzzo is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Real Estate group. His practice involves commercial real estate transactions and land use and zoning matters. He represents real estate investors, developers, and lenders.
I focus my practice on commercial real estate transactions—including purchases and sales, leasing, and commercial lending—as well as land use and zoning. I have experience with various deal structures, including construction/development, purchases, sales, and various forms of financing, as well as experience representing developers before municipal boards on zoning and land use matters.
I anticipate a post-pandemic recovery in the real estate industry, led by a focus on strategic and creative development, design, and use of property.
