Introduction
Jennifer Greco is an associate in the Healthcare group. She represents healthcare providers in various regulatory and transactional matters.
My focus
I focus on compliance and regulatory matters and healthcare transactions. Prior to practicing law, I was a social worker for many years. My first-hand experience in a wellness field gives me an inside perspective on how to balance the multifaceted needs of my healthcare clients. I understand how to meet regulatory and compliance requirements while ensuring quality care for consumers.
Compliance and Regulatory
I work with clients in the healthcare industry on regulatory compliance matters, including navigating federal and state fraud and abuse laws and Medicare and Medicaid compliance.
Healthcare Transactions
I work with a range of healthcare providers on mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. I also assist clients with drafting contracts, professional services agreements, and other relevant agreements necessary to comply with state and federal healthcare laws.
Looking ahead
Our healthcare system is complex and ever-changing. As providers increase their focus on preventive care and integration of new medical technologies, I believe collaboration will continue to grow. These evolving collaborative care models will require providers to stay current with state and federal regulations. Healthcare providers will need to make their voices heard as new legislation and regulations are implemented.
