Introduction
Gregory Hom advises and supports clients in matters regarding public finance, project finance, and infrastructure projects. He also provides guidance as to compliance with certain Federal Energy Regulatory Commission matters.
My focus
I represent issuers, underwriters, and borrowers to keep their work on infrastructure-financing transactions smooth. My work includes due-diligence reviews for multiple levels of legal compliance, as well as other research, drafting, and review of documents to ensure that the resulting financial instruments can be trusted.
Looking ahead
With climate change already affecting our communities, the economy must rethink our infrastructure, such as potable water, low-carbon transit, and energy sources. These areas continue to witness innovations, but scaling will require government action for equitable reach.
