I represent a broad range of healthcare providers, private equity firms and venture capitalists in a variety of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and joint operating agreements. I also advise clients in the healthcare arena with respect to regulatory compliance, employment, and contracting.
Corporate
I assist clients with respect to a variety of corporate and business law matters, including in connection with mergers and acquisitions and associated corporate governance issues. I also regularly assist clients with corporate formation, commercial agreements and other ongoing general corporate matters.
