Kelly Sprague is an associate on Nixon Peabody’s Environmental team. She represents clients on all aspects of environmental and energy matters to ensure compliance with regulations under state and federal laws.
My practice focuses on environmental and energy due diligence to identify and assess potential environmental liabilities on the state and federal levels. Additional areas of focus include land use, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Increasing efforts to transition to green and renewable forms of energy, and incorporate environmental risk and opportunity disclosures into regular business practices, will necessitate expert environmental guidance for most clients. Taking advantage of the opportunities and avoiding the risks that these transitions create is key.
