My focus
Mergers & Acquisitions
I represent buyers and sellers in connection with purchasing and selling both domestic and international businesses and assets. I facilitate deals and manage risk for clients by drafting and negotiating transactional agreements and performing due diligence.
General Corporate
I assist clients with ongoing corporate governance matters, including disclosure obligations for SEC reporting companies and compliance with the current corporate law landscape. I also provide counsel regarding entity formation and assist with the negotiation of a variety of commercial arrangements.
Looking ahead
We may see an increase in middle-market M&A and other investment arrangements as businesses and institutions look to integrate the latest technologies, particularly within the healthcare and life sciences spaces.
