Ashley works collaboratively with clients and their advisors on corporate transactions across all industries, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions in the healthcare space. She is particularly skilled in representing closely held and family-owned businesses in their sale to both private equity and strategic buyers.
My focus
Much of my practice is dedicated to mergers and acquisitions, where I represent both buyers and sellers. I have a specific focus on facilitating the sale of closely held and family-owned businesses.
Looking ahead
We may see an increase in middle-market M&A and other investment arrangements as businesses and institutions look to integrate the latest technologies, particularly within the healthcare and life sciences spaces.
