Paul focuses his practice on sophisticated private company transactions and corporate governance. He partners with companies to help them achieve their business goals through the acquisition and disposition of businesses, investment in new technologies, and thoughtful collaboration with third parties. Paul is also experienced in venture capital deals, and represents technology and healthcare companies in their organization, financing, and contracting matters. He was selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for 2025 in the field of Corporate Law.
Ashley Mistretta, Healthcare, Long Island
Ashley works collaboratively with clients and other third-party advisors on corporate transactions across all industries, with a particular focus on healthcare. Representing buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, she is experienced in facilitating the sale of closely held and family-owned businesses. Neil helps clients across a broad range of industries resolve commercial disputes. Additionally, drawing on his experience with the Legal Aid Society, he assists with internal investigations and represents clients facing criminal charges. Kate is a skilled litigator who advises clients from a wide range of industries, such as healthcare and medical device manufacturing, on a variety of litigation matters in both state and federal courts as well as arbitral forums. She represents individuals and entities in a wide range of complex disputes, including lawsuits alleging breach of contract, business torts, trade secret litigation, and product liability. Kate also leverages her experience in sports law to expand our firm’s footprint in the emerging area of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) for NCAA college athletes.
